Distinguished Vietnamese restaurant Crustacean, in the heart of Beverly Hills, is perhaps best known for its winding aquarium walkway and famous garlic noodles, but this gorgeous French Colonial-style eatery offers far more. Book a romantic dinner for two (with sommelier service, natch) in the exclusive Opium Cellar, or make merry in the remodeled, Hanoi-chic main dining room. Menu favorites include the grilled rack of lamb flambéed in chardonnay, while the suit-and-tie crowd favors the healthful lunchtime “business express” menu, guaranteed to have you in and out in 45 minutes. Cocktails are a treat, too—we love the Beverly, made with fresh orange and pomegranate juices, peach Cointreau and a squeeze of lime. They may not be as nutritious as selections on the business menu, but they’ll definitely get you through the workday.
