Dinner as theater is the name of the game in this upscale downtown restaurant, with both menu and atmosphere featuring an over-the-top “under the sea” theme. Pat Kuleto designed the unique space, with its porthole windows, nautical scenes, mosaic mural ceiling, shell-patterned chairs, and jellyfish chandeliers. The menu changes daily, with options like house-made caviar, pan-roasted king salmon, Rhode Island striped bass, and oysters on the half shell; grilled filet of beef and a few other non-seafood items are also available.
