At Mark’s South Beach, Militello offers his brand of savvy Floridian cuisine, with Caribbean, Asian, and local ingredients blasting sinful amounts of flavor through signature dishes like potato-crusted Pacific oysters with horseradish, crème fraîche, and caviar; peppercorn/lavender-spiced Moulard duck breast with wild rice pecan flan and foie gras huckleberry sauce; and a tasting of exotic homemade sorbets with watermelon carpaccio and Mojito nage.
