Let other restaurants try to impress you with a stark, minimalist atmosphere.
Seasons, located within the Four Seasons hotel, goes the other way and spoils
you with old-school luxury. How so? For starters, there’s the marble fountain,
armchair seats and deep mahogany wood trim. Then there are French-leaning
prix fixe menus of five or eight courses as well as a vegetarian option. The
fare constantly changes to reflect availability of ingredients, but past favorites
include Tasmanian sea trout filled with slow-cooked Kobe short ribs, and rack
of Colorado lamb wrapped in eggplant and scented with toasted cumin. After
a day of Mag Mile shopping, no other place in the Gold Coast feels quite as
decadently classic.
