A large light stone fireplace fills the dining room with warmth, intimacy and romance, while the floor-to-ceiling windows allow breathtaking views of the ocean and lagoon--all reinforcing the casual sophistication of the restaurant and its menu. Chef Bruce Logue ensures that a strong Central Italian influence resonates within the menu, from the antipasti to the entrées. The antipasti present a multitude of light fare options, including Tuna "Crudo" with Red Onion Marjoram Aïoli and "Vitello Tonnato" with Celery Leaves. As expected, there is a vast selection of pastas, but they have their own Vivace influence, including Black Spaghetti with Rock Shrimp and Calabrese Sausage; Hand-Made Orecchiette with Braised Capon; and "Spaghetti Di Verdure" with Chanterelles, Spring Onions and Thin Asparagus.
